Munyaradzi Dzvaka almost lost his life after he was set on fire for accusing Simbarashe Manangazira (23) of stealing a cell phone.
Manangazira was not asked to plead when he appeared before Harare magistrate Dennis Mangosi.
Circumstances are that on September 5, Manangazira and Dzvaka were drinking beer at Mukanya homestead together with other patrons.
It is alleged that as they were drinking, Tafadzwa Mukanya’s cellphone was stolen and Dzvaka confronted Manangazira accusing him of stealing the phone.
